Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped out knowing that there is a special little being that requires love, care, and attention. We pack every single product with respect and excitement because we are thrilled to be a part of special moments. We have the best courier companies as partners so your order will be delivered with no excuses and no delays. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Florida.

We ship items out as soon as possible from Monday to Friday and our deliveries can be made also on Saturdays, only depending on your location or delivery restrictions if they exist. We ask for up to 24h to process, pack and ship your order and this period does not include Sundays. Nationwide the shipment might take from 2 to 6 business days to be delivered. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description.

Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii might have different shipping fees applied and the delivery time might be longer. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at info@babyjolie.com with your questions. We will be delighted to help you through this process.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

If you are offered insurance but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

International Shipments

Babyjolie.com does ship internationally. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

International shipments might take up to 45 business days to be delivered depending on the local authorities of each country. 

Exchange & Return

Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within 30 days if:

  • Original receipt is provided;
  • Item(s) are new, unopened and in original packaging;
  • With 30 days of original purchase date;
  • Gift items must include gift receipt. Any refund will be given in the form of a gift card.
  • Non-Returnable Items
  • Some items are not able to return, including:
  • Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items);
  • As-is items;
  • Items damaged or abused;
  • Items missing any accessories
  • Opened items;
  • Breast pumps;
  • All lotions and shampoo products;
  • Products shipped outside of the United States.

Refund Method

Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase method. We reserve the right to deny any return.

If the product is without the original package or shows signs of usage, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
