Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase method. We reserve the right to deny any return.
If the product is without the original package or shows signs of usage, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Exchange & Return
Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within 30 days if:
- Original receipt is provided;
- Item(s) are new, unopened and in original packaging;
- With 30 days of original purchase date;
- Gift items must include a gift receipt. Any refund will be given in the form of a gift card.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Some items are not able to return, including:
- Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items);
- As-is items;
- Items damaged or abused;
- Items missing any accessories
- Opened items;
- Breast pumps;
- All lotions and shampoo products;
- Products shipped outside of the United States.
